About Me.....

I first discovered meditation and breath work to help free myself from over thinking. My goal was to be completely carefree and remove any feelings of self doubt.
Although, I did not see significant changes straight away, I continued to adapt my lifestyle starting with only 10 minutes per day at the beginning, finding a complete change in the comfortability within myself.
After some time venturing through a variety of meditation styles, breath work challenges, yoga studios, nutritional workshops (and whatever else I could attend to help gain an understanding of myself) I started to notice a significant impact on my confidence and over all wellbeing.

Truth be told, there will always be moments of overthinking and self doubt. These moments are important for internal growth, new discoveries and self accountability. However, I can honestly say that since the beginning of my journey I have gained a far more care free approach to life which has in turn freed me of much self doubt and over thinking.

Meditation, nutrition and exercise has become a priority in my every day routine.

This has led me to explore anatomy, alignment and the practice of Yoga - where movement and breath work are combined to complement the full practice.
​
My passion for yoga is centered around sharing this practice with others to cultivate a welcoming environment that helps individuals overcome physical and mental barriers.
​
I truly believe that incorporating yoga, breath work, and meditation into daily life can provide significant physical and mental benefits for everyone.

Trainings.....​
​
During my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India I was trained in teaching Pranayama, leading meditation groups, instructing Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin style yoga classes. To complement my training I completed a Pilates Teacher Training, Kids Yoga Teacher Training, Trauma-Informed Yoga Training, Supporting Pregnant Women Through Yoga, Nutritional Masterclass and have participated in a 10 day Vipassana retreat.

This diverse training has equipped me with knowledge and tools to engage with a wide range of individuals and address their specific needs on their wellness journeys, however, I am strongly committed to continuous learning from both my students and my personal practice.
